MISSION: 

We strive to plow the spiritual soil by cultivating an atmosphere of praise and worship across the multitude of settings.

We help lead the congregation or event attendees in meaningful praise, encouraging personal reflection and prayer through song.

MISSION:  

Managing and utilizing the church's arena space as a ministry for Jesus Christ offering fellowship and ministry to those participating in or spectating the arena’s events. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The team works with the church leadership as well as other ministry teams to develop and plan events to effectively share the cowboy/western culture for Christ.

MISSION: 

To provide a traveling outreach ministry serving local and neighboring community needs by providing spiritual and physical support with food and love. "Filling bellies and feeding souls."

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with other SWCC teams and attend church outreach and community outreach events with the chuckwagon and cook chuckwagon food.

To reach the lost where they are outside of the walls of our church and bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to them and present an opportunity to find a church home and family.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and prepare for events held on our church property.
• Wrangler Camp VBS

• Trunk-or-Treat

MISSION:  

To provide food to families in need within our community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect and store monthly pantry donations.
• Pack food boxes to prepare for donation.
• Deliver boxes as needed.
• Prepare special Thanksgiving and Christmas boxes.
• Collect items for "Blessing bags" to give out to the homeless

To provide fellowship, spiritual guidance and nourishment to young adults.

MISSION: 

Ensure the safety and security of all those attending events and services at SWCC as well as medical response as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor church security camera alerts
• Maintain security detail during services and events
• Medical response

MISSION:  Assure the highest standard of integrity in all things related to the finances God has entrusted in our stewardship.  This  is of immense importance as we understand that everything belongs to God. How we execute that stewardship is a demonstration of our love and obedience to him.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect weekly tithes and offerings and deposit to the bank.
• Maintain church records in QuickBooks and report to the leadership team at least monthly.
• Pay Church bills
• Work with the leadership team and each team leader on their budget.

FACILITY MEMBERS:

MISSION: 

Maintain all aspects of the property and building using available resources.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Grounds: mowing, bushogging, weed eating, driveway, weed and insect spraying, pond.

Facility: make or schedule necessary repairs, schedule HVAC and other system maintenance, etc.
