MUGGING
Rope the steer head, wrestle it to the ground, tie three legs (like steer wrestling and calf roping combined)
BRANDING
Rope the steer head and catch the heels, one team member "brands" it with a branding iron, take all the ropes off and put the branding iron away to stop the clock
SADDLING
Rope the steer head, hold it and put a saddl
MUGGING
